Tantra yoga is a variety of psychophysical practices and awareness cultivation practices that originated from the spiritual movement called “Tantra” beginning about 1,500 years ago in the Indian Subcontinent.
 

The goal of Tantrik Yoga is total intimacy with the whole of reality. Immersion into pure being prior to concept.

Tantrik Yoga practices seek to integrate our “parts” as aspects of the whole of our experience. For example: weaving our breath, awareness, visualization, and body seamlessly into a single practice.
